With a triple-coating of non-stick, this medium-sized 9.5" (24cm) hard anodised frying pan will need less fat whatever you’re rustling up in it – from pancakes, omelettes and frittatas to pan-fried meat or fish. You could even make a Tarte Tatin in this one as it’s completely oven safe up to 220°C.

But beyond their good looks, these durable pans cook beautifully thanks to their energy-efficient, aluminium construction. They offer ultra-fast heat conductivity, without causing hotspots that can scorch food.

The full range is interior-coated with three layers of hard-wearing, scratch resistant PFOA-free Eclipse® non-stick coating, and they come with the added benefit of a non-stick exterior that, we’re pleased to report, is dishwasher safe.

Versatile

Suitable for all gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 220°C.
