We’ve sold ceramic baking beans for many years, but we think our silicone alternative is the future of blind baking. Unlike loose baking beans which end up all over your drawer, these reusable, non-stick ‘beads’ are strung together so they’re easy to store and, after baking your pastry cases, they cool really quickly, so you can lift them out safely right away.
