Tefal Khadai Indian 26cm Cooking Pan & Lid

Based on the classic Indian cooking pan, also known as a karahi or karai, Tefal’s Khadai pan is a must for cooking authentic Indian food.

With a glass lid so you can see food cooking, and made from aluminium for great heat conductivity, the flat bottom and deep sides of the Khadai allow for frying and sautéing onions and spices, cooking whole curries and even deep-frying Indian snacks such as bhajis.

The pan comes with Tefal’s unique Thermospot technology – a circle that turns red when the pan has reached optimum cooking temperature.

Non-stick coated on both the interior and exterior for non-stick cooking and easy cleaning.

Suitable for gas and electric hobs and ovens up to 180C (Gas 4).
